Description
Placement videos can be submitted to the Academy Administrative Office during registration (look for a question at the end of this form) or emailed to cbacademy@cballet.org. For students under 18, registration should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Placement fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances.
